Oil Cleanser
Why oil cleansers behave so differently from foams — and how to use ours.
Oil dissolves oil. That is the entire principle of an oil cleanser, and it sounds counter-intuitive only because we were taught to use foaming surfactants for forty years.
Foam strips. Oil loosens. Sebum, sunscreen, the day's air pollution — they are all oil-soluble. A well-balanced oil cleanser lifts them off the skin without rupturing the lipid barrier underneath. You finish cleaner, but you do not finish stripped.
How to use it
Apply two pumps to dry skin. Massage slowly for sixty seconds — slower than feels natural. Add a few drops of warm water; the cleanser will turn milky as it emulsifies. Rinse and pat dry.

For makeup or sunscreen days, follow with a gentle gel cleanser (double cleansing). On a quiet day, the oil cleanser alone is enough.
